I study interfacial mechanics across soft materials, polymer coatings, and engineering systems. My work combines non-contact optical measurement with mechanics-based modelling to understand wetting, adhesion, phase separation, deformation, and fracture.
My methods include digital image correlation, shearography, confocal and white-light interferometric imaging, photolithography, finite-element analysis, and multiphysics simulation.
